This hotel is used for on-post lodging.  We are renovating the entire building to bring it up to date with IHG brand standards.  Everything from the lobby, to public space, and 274 Guest Rooms.  Legacy knows how to work carefully and efficiently around the hotel's daily operations without directly disturbing their Guests. 

An amazing opportunity to partner with a local community and build a 14,000 sq. ft addition, doubling their size for their Youth Programs!

Another amazing opportunity to partner with IHG and Lendlease to bring Army on Post housing up to IHG brand standards.  This hotel is 2 buildings with 1 building serving as a resource for families needing lodging at Tripler Army Medical Center, and DVQ, the other building, on  Post at Ft. Shafter is right on the Golf Course.

Another great opportunity to be a part of with a local partner in our community.  This 2500 sq. ft restaurant boasts all the new amenities for a successful operation.

Miner's Ridge Townhomes are a new construction development of 15 Townhomes for student housing at University of North Georgia. This project included 3 acres of civil development and infrastructure for 15 townhomes.

We love getting to work with local businesses!  A commercial brew pub and production facility retro fit to an existing 19,000 sq. ft building for our clients newest location!
